TRX Saturday Sweat Sesh

Description

The class will primarily use the TRX suspension trainer for most exercises with occasional work off of the straps with just body weight.

There will be 4 rounds of work alternating between a pyramid circuit round with strength and core exercises. In between will be cardio exercises to drive the heart rate up and burn extra calories.

Whether you are brand new to TRX suspension training or an expert on the straps, this class will be as challenging as you want it to be while I provide various levels of intensities and progression to welcome all levels of athletes.
