JOINING THE GROUP
- Houston - Attendees traveling from Houston will meet the host at a named location near Katy Mills Mall and follow each other in cars to the tubing site destination in Canyon Lake.
- Austin/San Antonio /Other - Attendees from this region will meet the host and guest from Houston at the tubing site destination in Canyon Lake.
TUBING SITE LOCATION
We are tubing the Guadalupe River. The meeting location will only be sent to confirmed guest with tickets.
TRANSPORTATION/ CAR POOLING
- Attendees are responsible for coordinating their own transportation and carpooling.
- Guest interested in carpooling may join our chatroom to request carpool
- HPU is reviewing the option of arranging a car pool van. ( TBA later)
DAY TRIP V. WEEKEND TRIP
- Attendees may choose to make this a day trip or a weekend trip.
- HPU will not be coordinating weekend stay however.
ITINERARY
At least 2 days before the trip, you will receive the full itinerary, meeting location, and additional information on how to contact the host for Emergencies.
ALCOHOL, BEER, & WINE
Alcohol and other spirits are allowed on the river but you must bring your own. Glass containers are not allowed. You will receive more information with your itinerary.
ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Your confirmation e-mail contains details on how to connect to our chatroom.
WAIVER
Participants of this event agree to attend and participate at their own risk. Attendees agree to hold the host and its affiliates harmless and waive any and all liabilities and/or damages incurred as a result of attending this event.
PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
During this event, we may at times take photos and record videos. Guest agree to have their phots and videos taken by HPU during this event and agree to HPU sharing these photos and videos publicly in print or electronic format.
CANCELLATIONS
There is a 100% order cancellation fee. Order cancellation fees include the charges by Eventbrite for payment processing.
REFUNDS
There are no refunds unless we cancel the event.
If the event is rescheduled, due to unforeseen inclement whether or an unforeseen host emergency, at our sole discretion, we will offer a refund or an attendee credit.
