with Gen Kelsang Chogyop
Buddha taught there are eleven virtuous states of mind that are naturally virtuous. If a spoonful of sugar is stirred into a cup of tea, all the tea becomes sweet because sugar is by nature sweet. Similarly, when a virtuous mind is present, the entire mind and all thoughts and feelings also become virtuous and peaceful.
In this 11-week series, we will learn about each of the eleven virtuous states of mind that bring joy, peace and happiness to our life. Then, we will naturally live our best life, even in the midst of these unusual times.
