TURKEY BURN BOOT CAMP

7:00 AM Friday, November 26th

We’ll start on the basketball sports court behind the Tuscany Rec center with a TRX (Total Resistance Exercise) suspension training warm-up. Next, we progress down the 1/4 mile trail for agility drills and 50’ battling ropes. Then, after a quick water break, big tire drills in the paved circle behind my place finishing up with weighted sled drags and fun group drills. I’m inspired to do this for the restless neighborhood youth and athletic folks after a big day of food. It’s definitely invitational and clearly not for the fitness novice. Please let me know if you’re interested in coming either to participate or help monitor. I’m going to keep it pretty tight so I need your RSVP. I'm asking for a $15 participation fee (free to my "All-Star" invitees including coaches and volunteers). This increases your commitment to show up and tells me how much equipment to set up. It's my service to the fitness community so come out and enjoy the endorphin high.🥰
