Just be ready to shake whatever your mama gave ya while incorporating your arms for the cardio aspect. We're all about POSITIVITY and a team environment. Don't be nervous! You got this... Now bring your butt to class, lol!

What to bring:

- Knee pads are encouraged

- Tennis shoes

- Preferably cheeky shorts or loose leggings

- Water bottle

Helpful tip: Feel nervous to attend alone, maybe shy to exposing yourself, or think someone will judge your twerk level? Throw those thoughts out the window! Once the beat drops you'll be so focused on the movements that you'll forget about everything else, literally. Try it once, if it's not your thing then at-least you gave it a shot!
