Through this two-day class we will cover some of the following topics:

• How to get financing for a home purchase

• Types of loans available

• Loans directed for first time home buyers

• Closing costs & Down-payment

• Budgeting for a new home

• Down-payment assistance programs (including zero down)

• A complete flow through of the home buying process

This class will be virtual (online), but we still encourage our attendees to ask any questions you might have during the presentation. This course is open to anyone whether you’re looking to purchase a home, refinance a current home, or just looking for more information on the housing process.
