During this training event you will:

Use real world cases to explore how unconscious bias, if normalized, manifests itself in the workplace;

Take part in open, authentic dialogue around discrimination and prejudice;

Gain awareness of the impact of unconscious bias on leadership, DEI, employee and client satisfaction.

Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, HR Professionals, Faith Based, DEI professionals and all who are interested in gaining knowledge of unconscious bias in the workplace are encouraged to attend.

Larry, a United States Air Force veteran, has over three decades of experience building consensus among diverse teams and serving underserved and underrepresented populations.
