Valentine's Dessert Pop Up with Slopeswell Cider and Working Hands Beer

Join us for a fun pop up at Slopeswell Cider and Working Hands Beer on Valentine's Day evening! Your ticket includes three fun and funky personal sized specialty desserts made by Kristen at Rooted in the Gorge, plus a mini pour of Slopeswell Cider or Working Hands Beer specifically chosen to pair with each dessert by Taproom Manager and Cicerone in progress Ellen Woods Potter. Additional beverages available for purchase if desired!

This event is open to everyone 21+ to include singles, friends, couples, throuples, gaggles, chosen family, etc. Please note that we only have seating for 30 guests at this event.

Dessert Menu:

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Panna Cotta Creamy panna cotta made with sweet and spiced Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal milk, topped with a Cinnamon Toast Crunch Crumble.

Geometric Heart Chocolate Mousse Cake Housemade chocolate mousse with chocolate cake, dark chocolate shell, and berry coulis.

Lemon Pistachio French Madelines Shell-shaped, soft French butter cake scented with lemon, dipped in white chocolate, and rolled in roasted pistachios.
