VENDOR REGISTRATION: Delaware Treatfest & Fall Festival 2021 Presented by Delaware Smile Center
This is the kick-off to fall festivals and a great way to connect with Delaware area community & families. Now celebrating our 3rd year for this event. Great way to find new customers with 1,000+ attendees as we start to move into this fall family event.
Vendor Registration
- When: October 3rd (Sunday 1PM - 4PM)
- Where: Buckeye Valley High School (901 Coover Rd, Delaware, OH 43015)
- Who Attends: Families from Delaware, Lewis Center, and Delaware County area.
- How it works: Outdoor walk -thru event! Families pre-register to attend the event or it's various fun activities. Admission is free.
- Expected Attendance: 1,000+

- Why families attend the event: This is a great fall family event to help them with getting ready for fall & winter. Parents attend to find everything related to their family, classes, education, home, fun, adventures, shopping, sports, health, and more!
What to do at the event:
- Fall Fun: Trick or treating the booths, hay rides, "pumpkin patch", mystery pumpkin prizes, costume contest, huge bounce park, balloon artist, characters, food trucks, sweets & treats, free candy, popcorn, cotton candy, cookies and lot of other neat items for your family!
- Pumpkin Patch: Over 500 pumpkins in our "pumpkin patch"
- Food: Food trucks, treat trucks, and more!

- Premier Sponsor (Diamond): This includes a lot from 5'x2 banner at Front Entrance, 5'x2 banner at Stage, your information distributed to all attendees, featured on event map, included on all promotional material: $800
- Fun Zone Area (Gold): The Bounce Park is back! Super fun area including slides, obstacle course, and other bounce items. Presenting sponsor of area includes 5'x2' sign at entrance of area plus 30 free passes. #1 area. $500
- Lollipop Game (Gold): You receive 250 lollipops in a sucker tree. The tree has 4 different levels with suckers on each level. Kids pick flash cards to determine which sucker they win. Very engaging area and fun! $400
- Entrance (Gold): Signage /banner at front entrance + your flyers distributed at main entrance + Booth near entrance + Included on event promotional material! (booth optional): $350
