Enjoy this Vinyasa Flow class in our heated studio. Vinyasa yoga is a practice linking a series of postures, one flowing seamlessly into the next, uniting body, mind, and breath. Designed as a moving meditation, every class is unique, creating the opportunity to build strength, flexibility, and balance, while practicing present-centered thinking. Some awareness of yoga postures will be helpful, but all levels are welcome.

About Your Instructor:

Allie is an amazing instructor and has very welcoming and kind energy encouraging you to move through the poses but also to honor your body. Allie has practiced yoga for over 20 years and received her 200-hour Yoga Alliance recognized teacher training certificate through CorePower Yoga. Allie works full-time in a leadership position and is a dedicated mother, wife, and runner. Her preference of yoga style is diverse because she believes that each style is appropriate based on the ever-changing needs of the body and the mind. She enjoys Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga yoga as well as breathing, somatic, and mindfulness techniques and meditation. Allie has always been intrigued by the history and culture of yoga and believes yoga is a science and an art that offers the opportunity to explore the body and the mind, allowing us to deepen our awareness about ourselves and our world, which helps us discover that we all have the ability create and influence our own inner joy. In her free time, she enjoys reading books about yoga to further deepen her practice. One of her favorite yoga inspired books is titled “Inner Engineering: A Yogi’s Guide to Joy” by Sadhguru. While she enjoys practicing yoga just about anywhere, she loves to practice yoga outdoors, in nature and on the beach.
