Join Emma Gray of Energetic Residency for breathwork sessions to promote a healthy emotional, physical and mental state. Breathwork, also known as Pranayama yoga, is a healing modality. In Sanskrit, prana means breath or the life-force; yama means to suspend or restrain. This practice involves a two-part breath through the mouth that opens up and activates the chakras, releases energetic blocks, and takes you into a deep theta state of relaxation and healing. Pranayama breathwork brings about an inner stillness and a deep connection with the present moment and with our bodies.
