Virtual Yoga with Blissful Movement & Meditation

A combination of breathwork, meditation and yoga movements. Consider this class as a reset for your mind and soul. Come with an open heart and you’ll leave full of energy, practices you can do on your own and inspiration to get you through this tough time.

Please have a yoga mat and blocks, blankets or pillows, ideally, but even join us in your bare feet so you can grip the floor if you don't have a mat.

This class will be taught via Zoom. You will need the Zoom desktop or mobile app to access the class. The Zoom meeting room information will be emailed to you 15 minutes before the class starts
