This dance class is an intermediate Soca jam session that focuses on isolated waistline technique and core activation. The class is intended for you to come and release any dormant or stagnant energy you may be holding on to while learning multiple whinin variations to help activate your divine femininity. We will be having vendors available at the beginning and end of class for some fun fellowship as we support local businesses! So come early if you would like some time to shop and network!

She now uses her waistline therapy technique with women during pregnancy and labor to help them have an empowering child birth experience.
