In this 90 minute jam packed workshop you will get to understand which foods you have the most difficulty digesting and the unpleasant physical reactions you have to them, such as cramps, gas, nausea and bloating.

You’ll know why these food groups cause these symptoms and what you can do to avoid them and what you can swap them for.

By the end of the 90 minutes you will be able to:

  • Identify the foods that are giving you the most trouble
  • Explain why some foods play havoc with our digestive system
  • Learn how you can find out which foods you're intolerant to and what you can have instead

This will be an interactive workshop, so be prepared to ask questions and get involved.
