The seminar starts at 6:00 p.m. and ends at approximately 8:00 p.m.

Wheeling Landlords will be given priority for this seminar. Please do NOT sign up for a seminar until you have received notification from the Village of Wheeling that your rental license is expiring or due. At that point you will have 90 days to complete the seminar requirement.

IMPORTANT: If you have already attended a Crime Free Multi-Housing seminar in Wheeling or somewhere else and received a certificate, you may not be required to take our seminar. Please contact the Wheeling Safe Communities Coordinator at 847-459-2996 for more info.
