We are still located in lovely downtown York City, with access to the historic Central Market and other local foods and attractions.

Our one-day (Saturday) meet welcomes lifters of all levels, with 3 men's and 3 women's sessions (light, medium, and heavy for each). We will limit session numbers to ensure space and time are plenty for all participants. This is a great meet for masters, novice, and youth lifters.

$70 registration fee before 9/1 includes event T-shirt; late registration after 8/30 $80 (shirts not guaranteed).
