An intermediate to advanced yoga class in the slow flow tradition of Hatha Yoga. Together we will connect the mind, body and soul through as we practice techniques in pranayama and asana, dropping in to further self awareness. Previous yoga experience required.
*Drop-in classes are $15-20 sliding scale
**Passes available after 1st class, and do have an expiration date. Registration is for in-person class only, cash only at the door
