Wine n' Dine is a premium food and wine experience featuring four incredible venues for guests to enjoy in the form of a self-guided Four-Course Progressive Lunch.

With a strong support local focus, Wine n' Dine promotes and partners with local businesses, offering guests the unique opportunity to spend an afternoon visiting the best local venues to enjoy an all inclusive food and wine experience.

Strictly limited to only 20 guests, each tour is carefully curated to ensure that the four amazing venues are all within walking distance, making it easy to move from venue to venue throughout the afternoon.

TOUR ITINERARY

FIRST COURSE - Dāna Eating House (1-1.50pm)

~ Signature Course: 1x Tasmanian Oyster with Strawberry Mignonette + Confit Octopus with Smoked Soy & Gochujang Sauce, Kohlrabi Puree, Bean Shoots, Crisps

~ Paired Wine: Hughes & Hughes ‘Soirée’ Pet Nat(TAS)

SECOND COURSE - La Sardina Loca (2-2.50pm)

~ Signature Course: Market Fish, Heirloom Tomatoes, Fennel & Olive Crumb

~ Paired Wine: Small Island Wine Chardonnay (TAS)

THIRD COURSE - Bar Wa Izakaya (3-3.50pm)

~ Signature Course: Chicken Soy Ramen (House made chicken stock, pulled slow cooked  soy buttered Nichols free range chicken, pickled wood ear fungus, toasted nori, spring onion, ajitsuke egg, green vegetables and bamboo shoots)

~ Paired Wine: Stoney Rise 'No Clothes' Pinot Gris (TAS)

FOURTH COURSE - Willing Brothers (4-5pm)

~ Signature Course: Papperdelle with Braised Rabbit & Split Green Olives

~ Paired Wine: Chatto Wines Pinot Noir (TAS)

HOW WINE N' DINE WORKS

1. Wine N' Dine Tours are a self-guided experience. Guests are responsible for making their own way from venue to venue in time for the allocated seating.

2. Additional food and beverages are not included. All items ordered in to the standard inclusions as a part of the ticket will require settlement prior to departing the venue.

*If we are not able to run the event as planned due to COVID-19 all ticket holders will receive a full refund via Eventbrite.
