This event sponsored by Closet Poler is located at Southern Arc Dance Center next to Texas Roadhouse. This Class is for Women only! Ages 1 8 up are welcome to attend. Wear Comfortable clothes and shoes.
This is an adult class with some adult subject matters.
In this introductory class, we cover some fundamental Practical self-defense drills, footwork, and techniques. We also will cover different classes' Defense tools and proper uses with different circumstances.
