The Well at Oxon Run is hosting FREE yoga classes every Saturday morning to start off our weekend feeling present and aware in our bodies. Our yoga instructor, Jalila, will teach and engage all attendees in the practice of yoga and what it means to do work on the mat, and off the mat.

These classes are FREE to the public and are welcomed to ALL individuals of all ages, at any level. One does not have to be experienced in yoga to benefit from attending this class.

Spots are limited and we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE folks to sign up on the Eventbrite link to reserve their spot.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING:

  • yoga mat
  • water to stay hydrated
  • small towel to wipe away excess sweat
  • sunscreen
  • yourself
