Yoga Flow (All Levels)

Description

YOGA: This all levels yoga class is accessible to yogis of all types! Each class has its own unique approach to healing and mindfulness working with pranayama (breath work), asana, intention setting, mantras, affirmations, the foundational principals of yoga and Heather's own creative expression of spirit through intuitive wisdom and guidance.

*Props: yoga mat, yoga blocks (if you have them), yoga blanket or towel, yoga strap or rope.
