LEARN YOGA GENTLY, MINDFULLY, SAFELY. Free/Donation based class. Please share with your friends & family.

We meet every Saturday at 10am EST/USA for 1hr workshop-style class on Zoom. You will be required to keep your camera ON during the duration of the class.

Although it’s aimed towards Beginners, it is also an excellent option for more seasoned yogis who have not taken a Yoga Teacher Trainer course or private 1on1 classes with a teacher or guru.

Over the course of these 8 weekly classes, we will be covering many elements which are typically not taught in group classes in gyms or studios such as:

▶️ Benefits of each asana for the physical and energetic body

▶️ Physical and subtle body anatomy

▶️ How to modify your practice to meet YOUR needs, conditions, limitations

▶️ Proper spinal alignment to prevent neck, shoulder and back pain/tightness

▶️ How to reduce stress and control the ‘monkey mind'

The first class of this 8 week series starts tomorrow and I’m happy to invite you as my guest. If you like it, you can join the rest of the summer series at a 30% discount.

PROPS REQUIRED:

- a yoga mat or non-slippery padded surface to practice on

- a blanket or long bath towel

- a bolster or firm cushion or back rest of sofa

- 2 yoga blocks are recommended but optional
