Yoga for Gut Health

Description

I remember being in a yoga class one day and it finally hit me "this is so much more than exercise". In that moment, I knew I wanted to teach others about the far-reaching benefits of yoga on their overall health.

This is a 75-minute all levels class. If you've never done yoga, if you're just starting, if you're advanced...all are welcome.

Our focus will be on yoga poses that support gut health! There will also be a meditation to help bring awareness to the body in an effort to "hear" the messages it tries to send (usually through aches and pains).
