Yoga for Limited Mobility - Zoom

Description

Gentle Yoga is a slower-paced class that includes a longer warm up and is modified so that people of all fitness levels will gain strength and flexability.

In addition to yoga, every class ends with a guided meditation to reset your mind as well.

Yoga is encouraged by physicians for moderate rehabilitation.

Class is available in-person or on Zoom.

Each class is 75 min. and is availbale for $15 per person
