You know how sometimes we wish we had superpowers and could get more done in such limited time. Guess what? You have one! Your life force energy :) You can't increase time but you can definitely increase your life force energy; with yoga and meditation practices using the power of your own body, breath and sound.

I know, most of us are just tooo busy to meditate. I totally get you. Getting to the mat is the hardest part. But once you do, the quality of everything you do and attract into your field upgrades.

Certified in Kundalini Yoga from KRI, I have been practicing internationally and will be teaching at Sharan's yoga shala in Delhi for a limited time in August. The classes will be hybrid and you also have the option to join online on Zoom.

  • Tuesdays: Kundalini Yoga | 6am - 7am East African time
  • Thursdays: 31 minute meditation | 6am - 7am East African time
  • Sundays: Yoga Nidra | 3.30 - 4.30pm East African time

Dates: August 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, 25, 28, 30 and 1 Sept

Preparing a sacred space: You will need to keep one hour for yourself where no one can interrupt you. Eat light meals or give a gap before class.

What to bring: Yoga Mat, Blanket, Water and a Journal
