About this event

This is an beginner level yoga class focusing on full body flexibility and core strength to increase hip mobility and strengthen the pelvic muscles.

During this class, you will be guided through a series of poses that will increase your strength and flexibility, relieve muscle and joint tension, and improve your overall mood.
