You need zero yoga experience! Come and join a USATF-certified running and jumping coach (Raziq Rauf) and a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher for a set of beginner-friendly instructive yoga flows that will help you shave minutes off your race time.
After the physical exertions, we will convene for a beer-fueled roundtable discussion where we will share ways to achieve your running goals via yoga.
