Yoga for the 7 chakras

Description

Come and enjoy a yoga course designed to stimulate and empower you. We will complete a series of yoga poses that link breath and movement while enjoying the historic Forest Park. This class will strengthen the body, stimulate the mind and increase flexibility.

This beginner friendly course is suitable for all body types and fitness levels.

*All yoga mats must be at least 6 feet apart in order for students to participate in class. All students are expected to respect personal space and boundaries due to the pandemic, anyone not following CDC recommended guidelines will be asked to leave.
