Yoga on the Banks September Community Practice

Join us for outdoor yoga! This is an all-levels class, practiced on the grass.

A few notes:

1. This is a donation-based class, and we encourage you to give as you are able. Donations support the teachers and keep the program going!

2. Class size is limited, and registration is required.

3. Please bring your own mats or towels - we won't have any to rent or share.

4. Please note, there is not much shade in this area of the trail. We also suggest water, sunscreen and sunglasses!

5. In accordance with current Philadelphia COVID guidelines, masks are optional, and you may space your mat in a way that feels comfortable to you.

6. Practice is open to all-levels, from very-first-class to advanced practices. You are encouraged to practice in a way that works for your body, that day. We're not competitive! If you have an injury or questions about modifications, please talk with your teacher before class begins.
