The topic of this class is healing the Sacral Chakra. This energy center is associated with creativity, pleasure and joy in our lives, work, and relationships. 🧡

The intention of this class is to reconnect with the wisdom of our bodies.

The focus of the practice is on somatic awareness - becoming more in tune with yourself by feeling your body and your movement. 🧘

I will be offering distance Reiki healing during this class. ✨👐
