Youth Voices on the Mental Health Crisis

Description

Youth are directly impacted by and involved in the youth mental health crisis. They started another school year this Fall. The first step in creating safe, mental health-informed, trauma-informed, psychologically safe school environments for them is to listen to them.

During this event, young people will share, as leaders and stakeholders, what their needs are for this school year.

Our youth matter.

We hosted a roundtable event in September 2022 deconstructing the youth mental health crisis in New York City. We invited youth, social workers, and city leaders to address this issue. Youth Voices is a follow-up to that discussion.

Join us as we listen to our youth and strive to support them holistically this school year.
