Marissa (@ziMarissa365) is a Zumba® fitness instructor and owner/founder of Her365 Fitness a studio/gym & wellness community for women (Pinole).

Zumba® Gold is perfect for those new to Zumba® and/or the active older adult. This class is not as intense as a regular Zumba® class and features easy-to-follow moves that help to improve overall physical coordination and balance.

🎶 Marissa's playlist features Latin rhythms and is infused with Caribbean and Pop vibes.

Advanced sign-up is preferred, but walk-ups are okay, too. 😉

This is an OUTDOOR class, so masks are not required.
