About this event

YOMASSAGE® is a 90 Minute class that incorporates restorative yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and hands on massage therapy.


Each class begins with a seated mindfulness meditation or guided breathing practice. Next you'll move into a series of 4 different restorative yoga poses. Each pose is designed to bring you into a deep state of relaxation and calm. After each restorative pose there will be a counter pose that will help reawaken the body and prepare for the next restorative pose.


The session ends with a 20 minute sound bath with singing bowls during your final resting pose.


Yomassage® sessions are led by a licensed massage therapist certified in Yomassage®. There is 1 teacher and 5 students max.

There is 72 hour cancellation policy: If you are unable to attend notice must be given within that timeframe.


**COVID CONSCIOUS CLASS:


  1. Masks are optional at this time.
  2. All props are sanitized before and after class. Props are for individual use to prevent and cross contamination. Yomassage therapist will use hand sanitizer between each participant.
  3. If you are feeling sick or have come in contact with someone who has COVID please stay home. You can email milehighmindfulness@gmail.com if you need to reschedule.

Megan believes everyone deserves to have a calm mind, balanced body and resilient spirit. How do we achieve this? Through mindful movement, regular meditation and building community with like minded individuals.

Classes with Megan will incorporate a combination of different movement practices (Yoga, Tai Ji, Corrective Exercises, Range of Motion, Calisthenics, etc.), Pranayama (Breathwork), Meditation and Education on Anatomy, Physiology & Kinesiology. Creating a class with all these ingredients will help participants begin to understand: how their bodies are put together, why they feel pain, what they can do to self-sooth or correct discomforts, how they can prevent or recover from injury and build a deeper awareness of their own individual Mind-Body-Spirit connection.
